REGrow - a student-led service learning initiative, focuses on reducing food waste within our residences and transforming it into valuable outputs such as compost and fertilizer.

At Taylor’s Residence, the R!SE Residential Living Program is designed to help students settle comfortably into their new living and learning environment.

REGrow is our student-led food-waste composting initiative at Taylor’s Residence. Residents sort food scraps into dedicated REGrow bins in the utility rooms and common kitchens. Our team then collects, weighs, tracks, and sends the waste for composting or bioconversion – turning everyday scraps into useful fertilizer instead of methane in landfills.
