Taylor's Residence took home 3 Awards at the APSAA Awards 2026

Taylor’s Residence has achieved a major milestone at the APSAA Awards 2026 held in Adelaide, Australia, bringing home all three awards it was nominated for at the prestigious Asia-Pacific student accommodation industry awards ceremony.

The awards include:

• Excellence in Student Experience Award – University
• Excellence in Sustainable Development Goals Award
• Excellence in Facility Development or Management Award – University

These recognitions are especially significant as Taylor’s Residence stood alongside leading universities and PBSA operators across the Asia-Pacific region, including Monash University, University of Sydney, UNSW Sydney, Curtin University, and Campus Living Villages.

Following its win for Excellence in Student Experience in 2025, Taylor’sResidence was once again recognised for Student Experience this year, alongside two additional awards in sustainability and facility development/management.Together, these recognitions reflect the organisation’s continued commitment towards shaping meaningful student living experiences through wellbeing-focused support, sustainability initiatives that create community impact, and the continuous enhancement of residential environments.

The awards also recognise Taylor’s Residence’s efforts across multiple areas, including:
• Student wellbeing and engagement through its award-winning R!SE Residential Living Programme
• ESG and community impact initiatives such as REGrow, and broader sustainability initiatives
• Continuous enhancement of residential facilities and communal living spaces to better support student growth, safety, wellbeing, and experience
