The Student Resident Council (SRC) intends to promote a holistic life-long learning personal growth of council members. It seeks to build a relationship based on mutual respect and trust with all and supports the Management’s effort to create and maintain an environment conducive to educational and personal development.

SRC Leadership Bootcamp
The development of student leaders is an important part of creating a supportive residential community, and this past January, the Student Resident Council (SRC) at Taylor’s Residence completed a two-day Leadership Bootcamp focused on building teamwork and essential life skills. Throughout the programme, students strengthened their confidence in areas such as communication, self-leadership, and problem-solving through engaging activities and team challenges, while also learning to lead with empathy and support one another
SRC-led Bites & Blessings Ramadan Event
A Celebration of Unity and Togetherness. This was a Resident Student Council-led event Bites & Blessings which brought students of all backgrounds together in a heartwarming celebration. Muslim residents shared the significance of fasting, while others joined in to learn, connect, and embrace the spirit of the season. More than just a gathering, it was a reminder that no matter where we come from, we can always find a sense of home in our community at Taylor’s Residence.
SRC-led Christmas CSR Event
Sponsor a Kid's Smile: Spreading Joy during the holiday season On 19th December, the Student Resident Council and Rumah Charis brought 23 children in for a heartwarming celebration. From games to campus tours and wish-list gifts, the evening was filled with smiles and festive cheer.
