Mid-Year Resident Satisfaction Survey 2026
At Taylor’s Residence, we are committed to continuously raising the standard of student living and strengthening our PBSA practices through global benchmarking.
In 2026, we participated in the Global Student Living Index (GSLI), one of the world’s leading student accommodation benchmarking surveys, as part of our commitment to better understand our residents’ experience and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
A total of 705 residents from U Residence and Ruemz shared their honest feedback in our Mid-Year Resident Satisfaction Survey 2026. Their voices provide valuable insight into what matters most in everyday student living.
We are grateful for the feedback and remain committed to listening, learning and taking meaningful action to deliver a better living experience for our residents.
