Taylor’s Residence is featured in Student Accommodation – The Official Journal of APSAA, June 2026.

The June edition captures our journey at the APSAA Conference and Awards 2026, from contributing to industry conversations alongside regional leaders to being recognised across three award categories:

• Excellence in Student Experience – University
• Excellence in Facility Development or Management – University
• Excellence in Sustainable Development Goals

Beyond the awards, these recognitions reflect our continued commitment to raising the standards of student living, creating better resident experiences, purposeful living environments, stronger communities and meaningful impact beyond accommodation.

Taylor’s Residence in the June 2026 APSAA Journal

We are honoured to be part of the APSAA community and grateful for the opportunity to learn, contribute and build meaningful connections with student accommodation leaders and professionals across the region.

For Taylor’s Residence, these recognitions are not the destination. They inspire us to keep learning, improving and contributing towards better student living in Malaysia and beyond.
