- Each en-suite room comes with an attached bathroom
- No kitchenette or shared pantry - NO COOKING ALLOWED. Common Kitchen is available at Level 1.
- Complimentary 180 hours of air conditioning usage per room (top ups available)
- Complimentary bedding set will be provided (pillow, pillowcase, duvet, duvet cover, bed sheet and mattress protector).
- Application Fee (Non-refundable): RM500
